Raphaela Tončić-Sorinj worked for many years in the management consultancy. Subsequently, she helped set up the Executive Academy of the Vienna University of Economics and Business, first heading the Business and Program Development department and then assuming the role of Deputy Director. Since 2014, Raphaela Tončić-Sorinj has been with Ashoka and has built the Ashoka Leadership Program for Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation alongside other achievements. She is currently working with Adam Lent, European Director of Research and Development, to found the Ashoka Global Academy.
